Facing rapid expansion, the Freddy’s IT team began struggling with too many fragmented systems and unreliable, rigid legacy POS technology. Wanting to better support evolving staff and guest needs to continue upholding the “Freddy’s Way” of quality, hospitality, and cleanliness, the team began looking for a more modern technology approach.
