More than 600 operators and 650 vendors will gather at the Gaylord Texan Resort for three days of educational sessions, networking events, a tech marketplace, and, as if that’s not enough, puppies.
The proceedings will have a little extra oomph this year: FS/TEC is turning 30, and it has a few special tricks up its sleeve to celebrate. (FS/TEC is owned and operated by Restaurant Business’ parent company, Informa.)
