Employee Resource Groups at PAR
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at PAR are employee led communities within the organization that are supported by our HR team and sponsored by executive leadership. These communities serve as one effort to foster an inclusive workplace that aligns with PAR’s values. ERGs, designed to provide opportunities for mutual support and growth, are developed based on shared identities, backgrounds, and experiences.

Our ERG Communities
Women in Technology (WIT)
PARade
is an ERG of PAR employees who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, or elsewhere within the LGBTQ+ community, and those who desire to serve as allies. This ERG is committed to connecting LGTBQ+ employees across PAR and enhancing support for this community at PAR.
PARents
is an ERG of PAR employees who seek to create a friendly, supportive and educational network for all PAR parents and caregivers.
PAR Soul
is an ERG of PAR employees who identify as African American and/or Black and those who desire to serve as allies to this community. The ERG strives to connect African American/Black employees across PAR and to foster equity and representation throughout the company through advocacy, career development, and recruitment.
PAR Salutes
is an ERG of PAR military affiliated employees who serve or have served within the military of their respective country and allies to this community. Military affiliated includes, but is not limited to; veterans, transitioning servicemembers, military spouses, guard, and reservist.
PAR Balance
is an ERG of PAR employees who the group aims to support employees with their overall wellness in four key areas: relationships, mental health, finances, and physical well-being.
