The Data-Driven Restaurant
Improving restaurant sales and efficiency through smarter metrics

The rapid adoption of digital tools at restaurants in the past few years has led to an explosion in information at operators’ fingertips: Sales trends, customer spending habits, employee productivity, service times, purchasing needs and much more. It’s all trackable with the latest restaurant tech tools.

But turning customer and transaction data into knowledge — and actionable strategy — is another thing entirely. What should be collected? Who should have access to it? Where to focus tech investments for the greatest ROI?

To explore those questions, download the Nation’s Restaurant News Intelligence Study of nearly 400 restaurant operators reveals how restaurants leverage customer and transaction data to drive growth.

In this report you can learn:

  • How operators collect and store both the common and ground-breaking metrics via digital tools
  • Which peers use data most effectively — and what you can learn from them
  • Where operators are focusing their tech investments in 2024, from menu development to labor optimization and more
