Before Proceeding to the PAR Technology Media Kit You Must Accept the Terms & Conditions

By accessing, downloading or using the PAR Technology Media Kit, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access, download or use the media kit.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Media Kit Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all materials provided in the media kit, including but not limited to logos, images, and photos. By accessing or using the media kit, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Any terms or conditions that are additional to or different from those provided here, whether communicated verbally or in writing, are expressly rejected.

2. License and Restrictions
PAR Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the materials contained in the media kit solely for the purposes of news coverage, promotional use, or editorial purposes, all solely related to PAR Technology, its affiliated companies, and its products and services, and subject to the additional terms and conditions herein.
You may not:

• Alter, modify, or distort any logos, images, or other assets.
• Use the assets in any way that misrepresents PAR Technology, its affiliated companies, or its products or services.
• Use the materials for any commercial purposes without prior express written consent from PAR Technology.
• Transfer, sublicense, or distribute any of the media kit assets to third parties.

3. Proper Use of Assets
All use of PAR Technology’s logos and brand assets must comply with the PAR Brand Guidelines provided within the media kit, which may be updated from time to time by PAR Technology. Any unauthorized use may result in the immediate revocation of the license to use the media kit assets.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All logos, images, and materials in the media kit remain the exclusive property of PAR Technology. The limited license to use such materials set forth herein does not transfer any ownership rights to the User. You agree to refrain from using the media kit assets in any way that infringes or which is likely to adversely affect PAR Technology’s intellectual property rights.

5. Termination of Use
PAR Technology reserves the right to revoke your access and permission to use the media kit assets at any time, for any reason. Upon revocation, you agree to immediately cease using the assets and destroy or return any copies in your possession.

6. No Endorsement
Use of PAR Technology’s logos, headshots, or other assets does not imply endorsement of any product, service, or organization, unless explicitly stated in writing by PAR Technology.

7. Changes to Terms
PAR Technology reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the media kit following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer
The media kit is provided “as is.” PAR Technology makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the media kit, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PAR Technology and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from your unauthorized use of the media kit assets or your breach of these Terms.
