RaceWay taps PAR Technology to power rewards program

RaceWay, a convenience retailer with over 240 stores in 11 states, has chosen Par Technology Corp. as its partner for the launch of its first customer loyalty program called Raceway Rewards.

The goal is to drive a more personalized customer experience, according to a press release.

RaceWay,operates as a franchisor for parent company RaceTrac.

“Our team is excited to unveil our first customer loyalty program, RaceWay Rewards, which will enable us to further strengthen customer connections while still providing our signature ‘hometown store’ identity,” Kamran Din, director of revenue growth management at RaceWay, said in the release. “Our partnership with PAR allows us to leverage personalized, data-driven technology to turn every customer engagement into an opportunity to build brand loyalty.”
