NEW YORK: Today, PreciTaste is excited to announce a partnership with PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR), a leading foodservice technology provider. This collaboration will enable PAR Technology’s restaurant customers to experience a more seamless onboarding process when implementing PreciTaste’s AI-driven kitchen task management tools. Through the integration, PreciTaste automatically extracts historical sales data to power its demand forecasts. This automation removes the need for manual point-of-sale data uploads, delivering more accurate demand predictions.

As a leading restaurant AI-powered platform, PreciTaste is trusted by a range of the world’s largest food chains. Its comprehensive kitchen task management platform ensures ingredient needs are forecasted and planned with precision by providing automated instructions to teams on what to prep and cook each day. Specifically, PreciTaste uses advanced predictive AI to forecast demand, automates key kitchen task instructions based on those predictions, and provides real-time analytics to result in a digitized and data-driven kitchen.

For over four decades, PAR® has been at the forefront of technology innovation in the foodservice industry, helping businesses create exceptional guest experiences and connections. Their comprehensive suite of software and hardware solutions, including point-of-sale, digital ordering, loyalty, back-office management, and payments, powers technology solutions for over 120,000 restaurants and retailers globally.

“As restaurants face tighter margins and rising labor costs, operational excellence becomes non-negotiable,” said Oli Ostertag, General Manager of Operator Cloud at PAR Technology. “Integrations like PreciTaste and PAR Technology are critical because they eliminate manual processes and enable proactive, data-driven management—helping operators compete on value while maintaining quality. With PAR’s open, interoperable platform, these integrations happen seamlessly, giving operators the flexibility to build the tech stack that works best for them.”

“With this partnership, we are streamlining the onboarding process as we don’t have to manually pull sales data to feed the demand predictions. It makes adoption easier for any PAR customer who wants to deploy our solutions,” says Moritz Illi, Head of Product Development at PreciTaste.

PreciTaste’s integration with PAR Technology gives operators AI-driven tools to optimize prep, reduce waste, and improve labor efficiency. By combining PreciTaste’s predictive insights with real-time data from PAR, restaurants can streamline back-of-house operations and operate more efficiently and profitably.
