Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at PAR are employee-led, HR-supported communities sponsored by executive leadership. Aligned with PAR’s values, ERGs foster inclusion by offering support and growth opportunities based on shared identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
Women in
Technology (WIT)
is an ERG of PAR employees who want to enhance their knowledge, expertise, and research in the area of female empowerment and leadership.
PARade
An ERG for LGBTQ+ employees and allies, dedicated to fostering connections and enhancing support within PAR.
PARents
is an ERG of PAR employees who seek to create a friendly, supportive and educational network for all PAR parents and caregivers.
PAR Soul
An ERG for African American/Black employees and allies, focused on fostering connections, equity, and representation through advocacy and career development.
PAR Salutes
An ERG of PAR military affiliated employees who serve or have served within the military of their respective country and allies to this community.
PAR Balance
is an ERG of PAR employees who the group aims to support employees with their overall wellness in four key areas: relationships, mental health, finances, and physical well-being.
