How Loyalty Works Seamlessly with Apple Wallet

Not only will it improve participation and engagement rates, but it is also proven to drive repeat visits as it creates a deeper relationship between the brand and the guest. “What is interesting is, we put stuff in our [Apple] Wallet that is very close to us – boarding passes, credit cards, driver’s license – so if you are [putting] a loyalty card into your wallet, that is a very close connection that you now have to that brand,” said Nazir.

Additionally, the seamless integration with Apple Wallet ensures brands are provided access to accurate data on relevant transactions, no matter where the Apple Wallet is used. With accurate and relevant transactional data, brands can gain insights into guest behavior and target customers with personalized campaigns, perform customer lifetime value analysis, and much more to enhance daily operations, guest experiences, and brand affinity.
