According to Tim Carter, Salsarita’s Chief Financial Officer, the brand implemented the award-winning One-Tap Loyalty solution to not only spice up and grow its loyalty program but to also remove some of the friction and burdens of signing up for a loyalty program. Currently, 12 Salsarita’s locations are using PAR’s One-Tap Loyalty solution, however, the brand is setting the gears in motion for a system-wide rollout in the near future. So far, the brand has already experienced a 5% to 15% lift in guests’ willingness to join the loyalty program as well as an increase in gain and frequency lift from Apple users.
