These values encompass the building blocks of the culture we are creating to drive long-term stakeholder value.

Win Together, our fourth value, is based on the belief that for PAR to win, all stakeholders must win. As a company, we must commit time and resources to our communities, families, and the environment just as we do for our customers, stockholders, and employees. We believe the formula should be two-sided and PAR, as an organization, must give as much as it takes.

People and Culture

We are here to think huge and lead alongside innovative (and delicious) restaurants. Working with us means being part of a global team that is always challenging, focuses on the restaurant experience rather than the bottom line, and is not afraid to move fast and boldly. We take a holistic approach to ensure the health, well-being, and psychological safety of our people.

Environmental Stewardship

We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operational footprint by adopting sustainable business practices. We are just starting to identify ecological and economic risks and opportunities of climate change to integrate them into our business initiatives and strategies at our Headquarters and across our operations.

Code of Conduct (Whistleblower Policy)

***The PAR Technology Corporation Code of Conduct adopted in December 2019 to replace in its entirety the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy effective as of January 1, 2016, embodies principles-based policies reflective of PAR Technology Corporation’s commitment to honest, ethical, and compliant business conduct. The Code of Conduct is supplemented by PAR Technology Corporation’s rules-based directives contained in the PAR Technology Corporation’s Compliance Handbook dated May 2020.***

We incorporate automation into our solutions to reduce the manual and environmental overhead that comes with operational efficiencies. We focus on our stewardship to responsibly manage our data privacy protocols and systems to securely protect data in a very complex, global environment.

Tiffany Disher

General Manager, MENU North America

Tiffany Disher, General Manager, MENU North America, an omni-channel ordering solution to futureproof restaurant’s growing digital sales needs. Before taking on this new role in January 2023, she was an integral part of Punchh’s growth story. She has advised hundreds of customers over the past eight years on their loyalty strategies both from a base program standpoint as well as ongoing marketing strategies. Before Punchh, Tiffany worked for Schlotzsky’s where she supported the brand marketing team by leading loyalty, eClub, R&D, Franchise advisory council and marketing analytics. Tiffany has her Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from University of Oregon and Master’s in Business with a specialty in Marketing from Baylor University. An avid golfer, hiker and mom of two small children, Tiffany spends her limited free time entering into baking competitions.
